This Privacy Policy explains how TwHELLve collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the TwHELLve mobile app, website, and related services.
1. Information We Collect
TwHELLve may collect account information such as your name, email address, Google sign-in identity details, and account identifiers needed to authenticate you and keep your data tied to your account.
TwHELLve also stores the information you choose to enter into the app, including goals, body metrics, profile photo, check-ins, saved foods, logged foods, custom workouts, workout progress, steps, hydration, and challenge history.
If you use food-photo or description-based AI features, TwHELLve may process the food photo, barcode photo, and/or text description you submit in order to estimate nutrition information. TwHELLve may also collect technical information such as app version, device information, IP address, and error reports needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
2. How We Use Information
TwHELLve uses your information to provide the service, maintain your account, sync your progress across devices, calculate nutrition and challenge progress, let you save foods and workouts, process subscriptions and AI credits, provide support, investigate abuse or misuse, and improve product reliability and performance.
3. Billing and Purchases
Subscriptions and in-app purchases in the Android app are processed through Google Play. TwHELLve receives billing status, entitlement details, and purchase verification data needed to unlock premium access, restore purchases, and manage AI credits. TwHELLve does not receive your full payment card number from Google Play.
4. AI and Service Providers
When you choose certain features, TwHELLve may send limited content to third-party service providers that help operate the app. This can include cloud hosting providers, authentication providers, billing providers, and AI providers used to analyze food photos or descriptions. TwHELLve shares only the information reasonably needed to perform the requested feature or operate the service.
5. Data Sharing
TwHELLve does not sell your personal information. TwHELLve may share information with service providers that help run the app, with platform providers such as Google Play and Google Sign-In, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, TwHELLve, or the public from fraud, abuse, security issues, or legal claims.
6. Data Retention
TwHELLve keeps account and app data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your history, support your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Some information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion or account closure.
7. Your Choices
You can edit much of your profile, food, workout, and progress information directly in the app. You can also export local backup data from the app where that feature is available. If you want to request account or data assistance, use the support contact listed in the TwHELLve app or Google Play listing.
8. Security
TwHELLve uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so TwHELLve cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
TwHELLve is not directed to children under 13, and it should not be used by anyone who is not allowed to use the service under applicable law.
10. Policy Changes
TwHELLve may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made, the updated policy will be posted at this page with a revised effective date.
